Under the hood, the re-imagined Traverse is powered by an all-new 2.5L turbocharged engine, delivering a GM-estimated 328 horsepower and 317 lb.-ft. / 442 nm of torque – an impressive 19% increase in torque over previous models. It is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive is available, including an off-road-capable twin-clutch AWD system exclusive to the Z71 trim.

Designed with modern families in mind, the Traverse comes packed with essential safety features and cutting-edge tech. Chevrolet has equipped the new Traverse with its standard Chevy Safety Assist[i] suite, including Automatic Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking.
